The proposed development combines a number of uses into a facility that provides key support services to the community and specifically, those members of the community who are associated with the use and operation of Kelowna General Hospital. The combination of uses will serve as a wellness centre similiar to Vancouver General and Royal Columbian Hospitals.

Strategically located at the corner of Pandosy Street and Royal Avenue, along a major bus route and across the street from one of Kelowna's largest employers Collett Manor is an ideal location for a diverse range of residential and ancillary services, much like the old European flavour of services on the bottom and residential on the top. We feel multi use facilities such as ours helps to reduce traffic and our carbon footprint, especially in such close proximity to KGH.

Kelowna already provides regional facilities and with the ongoing partnership with UBCO, and the Cancer Clinic, this trend will only continue to grow. Supportive services are necessary in close proximity to the KGH campus as already recognised by the City of Kelowna in their Draft OCP. See current news.
