Collett Manor is a multi-use, flexible housing concept that will provide accessible and affordable accommodation for people who are in Kelowna for medical or health reasons. It is a socially responsible development that will provide accessible and adaptable accommodation to a wide range of people in the community.

* Medical treatment rental accommodations (studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom)

* Units for travelling for nurses and physicians, flexible multiuse floor layouts

* Permanent housing with some accessible / affordable options
 

I am in favor of this project and its location near KGH. World class medical treatment centres like Mayo Clinics, VGH, and Royal Columbian Hospital all have ancillary accommodations and services within walking distance.
